New Account

 I created a new account but I didn’t receive any account confirmation email. What should I do?

Not receiving a confirmation e-mail is often linked to two causes:

  • The email address you entered is not correct. As a result, the confirmation email will bounce and you will never receive it. 
  • The e-mail got stuck in your spam folder.

Kindly check your email address for correctness. You will also have to check the Spam folder of your mailbox. If you still haven’t received the confirmation email and your spam folder is empty, please send an email to training@vib.be and we'll contact you as soon as possible.
